A number of Thai food restaurants have sprouted in Iloilo City throughout the years. Next to Chinese food, Thai food is very popular due to the its sweet, tangy, sour and spicy profile. My favorite Thai dish remains to be Pad Thai as I'm a pancit loving kind of girl.
If you have rounded up all the Thai restaurants in the city and have put their Pad Thai to the test, you would agree with me that Sen-Lek's Pad Thai is the best in town. More sprinkling of chopped peanuts would otherwise make it perfect!
